Creatorwood turns books, scripts, and stories into AI-made movies and shows, and helps authors and storytellers build an audience and make money doing it. We're hiring an AI Screenwriter to turn ideas and stories into fully fleshed-out scripts using our AI-powered workflow.
What you'll be doing:
1. Blueprint: work with the client (internal creative lead or an outside creator) to lock the story design — POV, verbosity, episode/film length, structural outline, and adaptation rules
2. Script Assembly: execute the actual screenplay using the Movie Machine
3. Incorporate client feedback across drafts and revise until the script is locked
4. Work across both Creatorwood's own studio shows and independent creators building productions on the platform
We care most about screenwriting & storyboarding ability itself, ideally paired with real experience using AI writing tools, and bonus points if you've also written novels or long-form fiction. You'll be asked about your favorite genres so we can match you to the adaptations you're best suited for.
This role is based in the Philippines. This is a freelance/independent contractor position, paid on a per-project model — you're paid per script you complete, not by the hour (on target compensation of $6 with potential to earn more as you get faster and get upside in studio shows). You control your schedule within the weekly commitment you agree to.
Hiring process: This written application, followed by a paid case study for shortlisted candidates — we'll give you a real story or idea, and you'll produce a Blueprint and a sample Script Assembly block.
