Become an AI Director ⭐ – Remote

Creatorwood is hiring AI Directors to join our internal production team. You'll work directly with us to create AI movies and shows funded by Creatorwood, distributed on the Creatorwood streaming platform.

This is a full-time contract role (40 hours/week) for an initial 3-month term (with the option to extend another 3 months) starting ASAP. You'll be embedded in our production pipeline, working alongside our creative team to bring stories from script to screen using the Movie Machine.

Directors who perform well have two paths forward:

— Keep making films with us on renewed terms, including revenue sharing on the productions you create.
— Our public marketplace where you take on client projects, set your own rates, and build your own AI filmmaking business.
Here's what you'll be required to do as an AI Director: 1. AI video generation, editing, and revisions 2. Quality control through our internal review process 3. Collaborate with our team through every stage of production Here's an experience that is useful before you start as an AI director: 1. Some experience using AI tools for generating images and videos 2. Experience editing videos in editors like CapCut or DaVinci Resolve 3. A passion for storytelling and film
And here are the pay and other details about the role 😊: 1. $6 USD/hour, 40 hours/week guaranteed 2. Overtime at 1.25x if approved 3. Paid bi-weekly 4. Top performers earn bonus payments on their productions

This is a freelance/independent contractor position. You control your schedule within the weekly commitment.
